Contact us

Four kinds of message reach us here: rights holders who want an assessment, clients with a live case, parties who have received a request from us and want it reviewed, and data protection requests. Each has its own route below — they all reach a person.

We answer client and enquiry correspondence within two business days · Counter-notices are acknowledged within three business days

Rights holder enquiry

Request a brand assessment

Tell us what you own and where it worries you. We come back with what we found, what is realistically actionable and what it would take — before there is anything to sign.

Fields marked are required. We use what you send here to answer your enquiry and nothing else — no marketing list, no third-party sharing. Please don’t send confidential or privileged material in a first message.

After you send it

What happens next

No sales sequence. Four steps, then a decision that is yours to make.

1 · Acknowledged

A reply from a person within two business days, confirming what we understood to be in scope.

2 · Assessment

We run a first sweep of the channels you named, in the markets you named, and capture what we find.

3 · Findings

A written summary: what exists, what is actionable, what is lawful use you cannot touch, and where your rights are weak.

4 · Your call

If you want to proceed, we verify your rights and mandate and set a scope. If not, the findings are still yours.

Practicalities

Before you write

What should I have ready?

For a first conversation, nothing but the names you want protected and a rough idea of where the problem shows up. To actually begin work we will need your trademark registration numbers and jurisdictions, evidence that the person instructing us can bind the company, and a signed Letter of Authorisation. That list is set out in full in our client verification policy — it is deliberately public so there are no surprises at onboarding.

Which languages do you work in?

Correspondence and reporting in English or French. Enforcement filings are prepared in whatever language the receiving platform’s procedure requires, and we tell you when a matter needs a translation or a local-language submission.

Can you take an urgent phishing case today?

Where a page is impersonating your brand to harvest credentials or payments, mark the enquiry urgent and say so in the message. Those are filed on the same business day once we have confirmed the case and your authority to instruct us — and if you are not yet a client, the verification step still applies. We cannot file in your name before you have authorised us to.

I am not a rights holder, I just want to complain about a request.

Then use [email protected] rather than the form above, with NOTICE in the subject line and the reference from the request you received. Your challenge is reviewed by someone who was not involved in the filing, and you are not asked to waive anything or agree to any commercial arrangement to have it looked at. The full procedure, including our deadlines, is in section 4 of our policies.
